Exchange and Return Policy
The customer has the right to replace and return the purchased goods according to the terms and conditions:
- To benefit from the return and exchange services, the invoice and bank transfer data must be provided.
- All products are not subject to be returned unless they have a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect, the customer has the right to return the product within 24 hours from the date of receiving the product
- We reserve the right to accept or reject the return request at the discretion of the product"s condition
- The customer has the right to replace the item with another item at the same price or higher within 3 days from the date of receipt (the customer bears all shipping and return costs)
- The refund will be via transfer to the customer"s account
- In the case of replacement, the perfume must be in the condition in which it was received and not opened or used
